Techion is provided as a tool for interacting with user-configured Technitium DNS servers. You are responsible for how you use the app and any changes made through it.

Techion is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techion and its developer are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to:

• Misconfiguration of DNS settings
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Data loss
• Network or connectivity issues
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

This limitation applies even if Techion has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You are solely responsible for:

• Your Technitium DNS server configuration
• Any actions performed through the app
• Maintaining the security of your credentials

Techion acts solely as an interface to your Technitium DNS server. All actions are performed at your direction, and Techion does not autonomously manage or control your server.

Techion interacts with third-party systems, including Technitium DNS and any upstream DNS providers you configure. Techion is not responsible for the behavior, availability, or data handling of these services.

Techion may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time with or without notice. In the event of discontinuation or removal from the App Store, continued access to the app will depend on Apple’s policies and your device. Techion does not guarantee ongoing availability or functionality after discontinuation. The app is designed to operate independently where possible, but no assurances are made regarding continued operation.

If you access or download Techion through the Apple App Store, you agree to comply with Apple's applicable terms and conditions. To the extent required, Apple's terms will take precedence over these terms.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
